Ok we have all been hearing about this free WIFI internet extravaganza that’s going to hit Dublin in September. The idea seemed to be great! well in theory anyway.
So then the whole project gets (or so it seems). Yada Yada .. Then yesterday, I see a saying that they want to kick start Dublin with wi-fi on transport. Are they talking about trains and buses?

This all leaves me a little bit confused, does anyone know what the hell is going on with this free WI-FI lark??
